The next Blackburn Cathedral 10 bell practice will be held:

    Saturday, 9 December 2023 from 10:45 am to 12:15 pm

I allow for all levels of experience, so everybody that comes along will get a chance to ring.

Parking in Blackburn

At the Cathedral

There is limited parking in the Cathedral Court if the gates are open. The access is from Dandy Walk. Head south on Darwen Street and turn left immediately before the Postal Order (J D Wetherspoons) just after you pass the Cathedral entrance. Access to Cathedral Court is via the iron gates on the left. If Cathedral Court is full or the gates are closed, you will need to use one of the town centre car parks.

Town Centre

There are many car parks in Blackburn town centre. Those closest to the cathedral include Weir Street, Mill Lane, Fleming Square, The Mall, Fielden Street multi-storey, Fielden Street Undercroft, and Morrisons. There is also a privately-owned car park next to Fleming Square.

Our December meeting will be held at two neighbouring towers.

Ringing at Heversham will be 2.30 ~ 3.30pm, followed by ringing at Milnthorpe until 4.30pm.

Ringing will be followed by the traditional afternoon refreshments. All are welcome to join us.
