Events under 'Association Meetings'

Held by the Liverpool Branch for ringers. All welcome. Liverpool Anglican Cathedral. Timings for the whole afternoon are as follows: 14:00 - an "Above and Beyond" tour. See the parts of the cathedral usually "off limits" to the public, including the belfry and roof spaces. Places must be booked in advance through Alex Fishburn (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and there is a charge of £25 per person. 15:00 - Choral Evensong (for those who wish to attend) 16:00 - a free tour of the cathedral from one of the expert guides. Learn about the fascinating history of this amazing building and its architect, Giles Gilbert Scott. Meet underneath the Dulverton Bridge at the West End of the cathedral. 17:00 - Carol Service in the beautiful Lady Chapel. Popular Carols and readings reminding us of the story of Christmas. The service will be followed by mulled wine and mince pies. Please note that there will be no ringing for this event.
