Blackburn Branch AGM ringing will be held at Accrington Branch from 3.30-5.  Following this the AGM will be held at Anthony (tower captain) house for tea and meeting.  There may be ringing after the meeting but subject to number of ringers available.  All and everyone is welcome to join us for the ringing.
